General Assembly
The General Assembly is the ultimate decision-making board. It validates the strategic orientations of the network in accordance to the Management Board proposals and the priorities and activities defined in the Technical Annex. The General Assembly is composed of the 25 Contractual Members and of the Associate Members joining the network after its contractual start. The General Assembly Chairman currently in office is : Ian Smith (AIM UK).
